The Sussex Hospice Alliance (SHA) is seeking a Data & Insight Manager to take the lead in developing high‑quality datasets that showcase the real impact of hospice care across Sussex. This is your chance to shape how we understand, improve and champion the services our communities rely on.
In this pivotal role, you’ll collaborate closely with clinical teams, finance colleagues and system partners to design scalable, future‑proof methods for data collection, validation and reporting. Using tools such as SQL, Python, Excel and Power BI, you’ll turn complex data into powerful insights that drive strategic decisions to enhance care for people across the county.
You’ll play a key part in delivering the SHA Data Workstream; overseeing project plans, supporting strong governance and ensuring partners stay engaged, informed and excited about the work we’re delivering together.
We’re seeking someone with a track record of delivering impactful data and analysis projects, backed by strong analytical capabilities and excellent communication skills. If you’re someone who loves uncovering insights, telling the story behind the numbers and fostering collaborative relationships, you’ll thrive here.
If using data to improve services and transform end‑of‑life care inspires you and you want to work with an ambitious, values-led partnership, we’d be delighted to hear from you.
