Where your generous donations go

It costs around £34 million to run the three hospices, with our NHS grant only funding around 14% of these costs.

Care in the home

We know how important it is to be cared for where you feel most comfortable, which is why our care extends well beyond the hospice walls, with nurses visiting patients and families at home and taking children and young people on visits out in the community.

Care in our hospices

Our hospice buildings are calm sanctuaries for patients and families to stay, as well as lively hubs for wellbeing support groups

Care for the family

We recognise how difficult it can be when a loved one has a life-limiting illness. All our hospices provide wellbeing support for families and loved ones.

If you’re thinking about fundraising for your local children’s hospice, then all I can say is thank you. Because of you, so many families like us have a lifeline. They have a break, and having a break isn’t a normal part of life for families like us. Because of you, we are not always in hospital surrounded by machines, we are somewhere that feels like home. And that is massive.
