Application process

We employ passionate and skilled individuals across a wide range of roles – from clinical care and fundraising to retail and administration. By joining our team, you’ll become part of a compassionate community dedicated to supporting patients and their families during the most challenging times.

Step 1

Find your perfect job art Southern Hospice Group. All job roles are posted on our HR portal. Each job will state if it’s specifically based at one of the hospices, or a role that covers the whole group. 

Step 2

You can sign up to the portal and create a profile. The HR portal will save your application and you can return to it if you need to. You can also re-use your application and account if you apply for another role with us in the future.  

Step 3

We’ll be in touch with all successful candidates that we want to invite to interview. Due to the high volume of applicants we get we aren’t able to provide feedback on unsuccessful applications. 

Step 4

If you’re successful at interview we will require references and a DBS check for all roles.
